• Certifications: BLS

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform routine pediatric imaging, with emphasis on orthopedics, spinal cord injuries, and burns.

Verify patient identity and imaging orders.

Position patients and obtain quality radiographs using established protocols.

Follow ALARA and radiation safety standards.

Safely operate imaging equipment and adjust exposure factors as needed.

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Maintain required certifications and complete mandatory training

Requirements

• Must have 2 years experience within the last 5 years.
• Graduate of an approved school or Radiologic Technology Program
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) licensure
• Active BLS Certification
• Negative TB within last 12 months
• Hep B Series or Titer
• MMR Series or Titer
