Technology We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a full-time Technical Director, Integrations position located in Provo, Utah . This individual will own the integration and middleware layer that connects our platforms — the systems that move data and events between our customer applications, communications stack, and internal services.
You will lead the team responsible for the middleware that sits between providers like Twilio and our applications (Genesys, the Field Service App, Messaging, and Cresta), the APIs that power our AI containment and self-serve experiences, and the integrations into our Aspyn data and platform ecosystem.
