LAYIQ - Project Manager at Lincoln Property Company

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field required.
5+ years of experience managing commercial construction and/or tenant improvement projects.
Demonstrated track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, budgets, schedules, and building codes.
Proven vendor and contractor management and negotiation skills.
Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and Microsoft Office.

. The role requires working in office during standard business hours. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option for this position.

Compensation

Lincoln Property Company is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation practices. The salary or hourly pay range for this position has been established based on market data, job responsibilities, internal equity, geographic location, experience, education, certifications, and other job-related factors. Actual compensation may vary within the posted range based on these considerations. Certain positions may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, incentives, commissions, or other forms of compensation where applicable.
