FOX44 Waco, TX is seeking a results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team.
This role offers the opportunity to represent a diverse portfolio of broadcast and digital media platforms. As a trusted marketing advisor, deliver integrated advertising solutions to local businesses and agencies, convincing potential clients of the merits of television, OTT/CTV, and digital advertising.
Key Responsibilities: Develop new business and manage existing accounts with a strong focus on revenue growth across broadcast and digital platforms.
Create and present strategic, client-focused advertising campaigns.
Conduct in-person and remote sales calls to build trust and relationships with our business community. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, develop new accounts and close deals.
Comfortable with prospecting, cold calling, and developing new business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction.
Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to support team and station goals.
Qualifications: Minimum 2–5 years of professional experience in media sales or a customer-focused commission-based sales environment. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Strong understanding of marketing principles across digital, broadcast, and interactive platforms.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Collaborative team player, adaptable with positive attitude and motivation to grow income.
Proficiency with computers, telephones, copiers, scanners, fax machines and other office equipment.
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, pass background check.
