About So Good So You
Founded in 2014 in Minneapolis, So Good So You is a leading brand of premium plant-based functional beverages in the exciting natural and better-for-you food and beverage industry. SGSY is the fastest-growing brand in functional beverages and the #1 juice shot brand, featured in 2025 for the sixth consecutive year on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing privately held companies in the US, as well as on Bain's list of Insurgent Brands for the last two years.
Our industry-leading premium probiotic wellness shots are carried in over 14,000 locations across all 50 states. This thriving category is still developing, and there is a ton of continued upside as we accelerate consumer penetration — momentum further supported by our recent acquisition by Bansk, a leading private equity firm, which brings an exciting ambition for growth along with the resources we need to achieve it.
