Summary
DLA Piper’s Latin America practice is seeking visiting attorneys to join the firm’s New York or Miami office for up to one year. The visiting attorneys will work closely with our attorneys in various practice areas within the firm’s LatAm group. We seek candidates with strong academic backgrounds and transactional experience in their home jurisdictions, preferably in the areas of corporate, M&A, and finance, though candidates with backgrounds in other transactional areas may also be considered on a case-by-case basis.
