Provide a full range of administrative, financial and other tasks associated with pre and/or post award sponsored research activities and services, including proposal review and post award management of funds and budgets.
Hybrid work arrangement with 2 days per week on-site with hours of operation from 9am to 5pm. Some weeks will require on-site work for four or more days.
The expected pay range for this position is $77,120-$114,000 per annum.
Kavli Institute for Particle Astrophysics and Cosmology was founded in 2003 to explore new fronts and challenges in astrophysics and cosmology. We bring the power of theory, computation, experiments and observations to bear on these questions. We are a broad community of more than 150 scientists with diverse interests in astrophysics and cosmology. Our efforts are organized as the Kavli Institute for Particle Astrophysics and Cosmology, or KIPAC, one of 19 independent laboratories, centers, and institutes of Stanford University.
Initiated with a generous grant from Fred Kavli and The Kavli Foundation, KIPAC is housed at the SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory and in the Physics & Astrophysics and Varian Physics buildings on the Stanford campus. The institute is funded in part by Stanford University and the United States Department of Energy.

Cardinal Research Administration Foundational Training must be completed to remain in this position.
