Applying the theories and methods of a social science discipline, perform work directly involved in developing and administering laboratory, survey and other social science research projects or to develop public programs and policies. Positions that plan and administer both academic and research programs and services should be assigned to the Academic Program Professional job series.
These jobs Interprets principles and concepts generated by faculty, develop and implement instruction and research programs, and contribute to curriculum development and teaching. Working Title: Social Science Research Coordinator
This position has been deemed critical by the School of Humanities and Sciences Dean’s Office and is exempt from the hiring freeze.
Work Arrangement: This is an on-site position, based on the Stanford campus.
Budgeted Salary: The budgeted base salary range for this position is $30.00 to 40.00 per hour.

This is a 100%, non-exempt, one year fixed term position.
Minimum Education and Experience
Two year college degree in psychology or a related field (e.g., population health) and at least one year of relevant experience an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
Prior experience working with clinical populations in health settings.
General understanding of scientific theory and research methods.
General computer skills and ability to quickly learn and master computer programs.
Ability to work under deadlines with general guidance.
Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to complete detailed work accurately.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work with human study participants
