Hi-Altitude Brands | Health & Wellness | Remote (PST/MST Based)
Hi-Altitude Brands, through our flagship brand, Stonehenge Health, is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer supplement company on a mission to help people live healthier, more vibrant lives. We develop premium, science-backed formulations featuring clinically studied branded ingredients that set us apart from competitors. Our products are sold through our website, Amazon, and Walmart, reaching hundreds of thousands of customers nationwide.
We are a fully remote team that values autonomy, ownership, and results. We move fast, test constantly, and hold ourselves to high standards. If you thrive in environments where your work has a direct, measurable impact, you will fit right in.
Position Overview
We’re looking for a Logistics & Master Data Specialist to join the Hi-Altitude team and play a key role in keeping our products, inventory, and operational data moving accurately and efficiently.
In this role, you’ll oversee logistics coordination across our suppliers, freight partners, and 3PL, while owning the accuracy and integrity of the item, product, and vendor data that supports our inventory, fulfillment, costing, and reporting. You’ll help ensure products are set up correctly across our systems, shipments arrive on schedule, inventory stays accurate, and our data is ready to support the company as we scale.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys bringing structure, accuracy, and organization to complex operations. You’ll work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Product Development, Finance, and Systems, and report directly to the Director of Operations & Supply Chain.
Coordinate transportation, receiving, and fulfillment activities across suppliers, freight partners, and our 3PL.
Monitor domestic and international shipments to ensure products, packaging, and components arrive accurately and on schedule.
Partner with Supply Chain and our 3PL to support timely fulfillment across DTC and B2B channels.
Review receipts and inventory movements against purchase orders and invoices, identifying and resolving discrepancies such as short shipments, overages, or receiving errors.
Monitor transportation and fulfillment costs, landed costs, and carrier performance to identify opportunities for greater efficiency.
Help maintain strong service levels with 3PL and logistics partners and support ongoing performance reviews.
Own the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of item, product, and vendor master data across our ERP and warehouse systems.
Maintain SKUs, UPCs/GTINs, bills of materials (BOMs), kits, assemblies, dimensions, weights, costs, and packaging attributes.
Establish and maintain data standards, naming conventions, and processes that keep information consistent and reliable across systems.
Manage new item setup, product changes, and deactivations from intake through validation and implementation.
Identify and resolve data discrepancies, duplicate records, incorrect mappings, and other issues that can impact inventory, fulfillment, costing, or reporting.
Partner with Product Development, Supply Chain, Finance, and Systems to ensure new products and packaging are set up accurately and on time.
Support the company’s ERP transition, including data cleanup, mapping, validation, and migration of item and BOM data.
Develop simple audits, reports, and processes that help proactively identify and prevent data quality issues.
Support inventory accuracy through reconciliation and investigation of discrepancies across our warehouse and systems.
Partner with Supply Chain to maintain accurate purchase order, receiving, and inventory records.
Monitor 3PL inventory levels and support the replenishment of packaging and other operational materials.
Review 3PL invoices and operational charges for accuracy and alignment with agreed-upon services and budgets.
Investigate operational issues such as Amazon FBA chargebacks and work cross-functionally to resolve them.
Identify opportunities to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of logistics and data processes.
Document and improve SOPs, workflows, and controls to create consistent and repeatable processes.
Use operational and performance data to identify trends, solve problems, and improve how we work.
In your first six months, you’ll help establish a strong operational foundation by:
Ensuring item, product, and vendor data is accurate and consistent across our ERP, WMS, and 3PL systems.
Establishing clear standards and processes for creating and maintaining master data.
Improving the accuracy and timeliness of shipping, receiving, fulfillment, and inventory processes.
Cleaning up duplicate, incomplete, or mismatched records and putting recurring checks in place to maintain data quality.
Preparing master data for the company’s ERP transition, including validated item, BOM, and assembly structures.
Establishing clear visibility into 3PL performance, transportation costs, and operational discrepancies.
Real ownership of a function that touches the whole business, at a growing brand where your work is visible and the impact is measurable.
A build opportunity: you will help bring structure to master data and logistics as we move onto a new ERP platform.
Fully remote, US-based, with a team that runs on ownership rather than oversight.
Compensation
Competitive salary range of $70,000-85,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility
