Job Description
The Senior HR Technology Lead will be a key member of the People Ops and Finance teams, partnering with the Director, People Tech drive efficiencies and roadmap items. This position will also partner with the other People CoEs, as well as other departments in the enterprise, as Workday’s SME to analyze Workday current configurations, and improve these to leverage the return on technological capabilities.
This position also serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional area and assists with ensuring data integrity, testing system changes, integration, reporting and process improvement opportunities.
