At
Sirona Medical
, we’re building software that enables physicians to work as fast as they can think.
Each year in the U.S., billions of patient images are captured—and nearly all of them are reviewed and diagnosed by radiologists. These specialists are the central hub of diagnostic medicine:
over 80% of all healthcare data flows through radiology IT systems
. Yet despite their pivotal role, radiologists are overburdened by outdated, fragmented software which limits their efficiency and ultimately the quality and efficiency of care that health systems can provide patients. That’s where Sirona comes in.
We’re a San Francisco-based, cloud-native software company with employees around the world. Our deep understanding of both the practice and business of radiology has allowed us to build
RadOS
—a unified, AI-powered operating system powering the entire radiology workflows.
How Sirona Solves the Problem
Sirona is uniquely positioned to transform the way radiology is practiced
. We're delivering the organizational shift that both individual radiologists and entire practices urgently need:
A unified
, Sirona empowers radiologists—and in doing so, we help the entire healthcare system move faster, smarter, and with greater impact on patient outcomes.

Sirona Medical is looking for a Product Operations Lead to collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership on how those teams work together day to day. This role is focused on process: helping shape ceremonies, estimation practices, and review/approval flows that let other teams execute well. You won't own roadmap priorities, decide what gets built, or manage reporting on execution status. That responsibility sits with the Director of Product and flows up to the VP of Product.
Your job is to work alongside leadership and the teams themselves to help drive process decisions to a good conclusion, not to dictate the outcome, but to bring structure, facilitation, and follow-through to conversations that might otherwise stall.
This is a consultative role. You succeed by building consensus and helping others arrive at process improvements they'll actually adopt, not by imposing a system on them.
Product, Design, and Engineering feel like their shared ceremonies were shaped with them, not handed to them
Leadership has a trusted collaborator to work through process questions with, rather than another decision-maker to align with Review and approval checkpoints are clear because the affected teams helped define them
The Director of Product and Engineering leads have a thinking partner on process, without ceding ownership of their teams' ways of working
This role reports to our VP of Product and ideally works out of our San Francisco, CA or Burlington, VT office.
The annual US base salary range for this full-time position is $145,000 to $175,000 + equity + benefits. Pay is flexible depending on experience, work location, and job-related skills.
