“We Power the Magic!” That’s our motto at Disney Experiences (DX). Our team creates world-class immersive digital experiences for the Company’s premier vacation brands, including Disney’s Parks & Resorts worldwide, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, and Disney Vacation Club.
We are responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical Guest experience for all technology & digital-led initiatives across the Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation, and Merchandise lines of business, as well as other initiatives, including MyDisneyExperience and Hey, Disney!
This role sits in the US Parks Experience Access team within Technology for Disney Experiences. It works closely with commercial business and operations partners from across the company.
The Lead Product Manager will report to the Manager, Product Management.
The DXT Experience Access Product Team oversees the Guest facing digital products that shape how Guests access our attractions and experiences, including Lightning Lane, Virtual Queue, and Disability Access Service. The team also oversees the attractions, character, and entertainment content for offerings across both domestic sites, including its water parks.
These products are critical to how our sites operate and to how Guests plan and move through their day, and they sit at the intersection of technology, commercial strategy, and park operations. The work is complex, highly visible, and never the same two quarters in a row.
The Lead Product Manager is responsible for the standards, planning discipline, and delivery quality of the products across the Experience Access portfolio. The role carries its own delivery accountability along with functional leadership expectations for the team, without direct reports.
The Lead Product Manager defines product requirements for new features and capabilities, partnering closely with engineering, design, operations, and business teams throughout the full product lifecycle, from concept and development through launch, go to market execution, and ongoing support. This role helps execute the feature roadmap, solves complex problems with creative solutions, and ensures our products are successfully delivered, adopted, and operationally supported.
Much of that scope sits in the integration work we share with other DXT teams.
Key areas of focus include leading our content scope as a product, including its strategy, standards, tooling, and process; raising the delivery standard across our core products from sprint to sprint and quarter to quarter; and flexing onto incoming work, owning the integrations and changes our products need to adopt.
Across all areas, this role is expected to leverage existing technology. That means using it to drive insight and efficiency, building tools that unlock additional performance, and maintaining the context layers that technology tools, agents, and workflows depend on to be effective.
