We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated attorney to join our team as Director, Intellectual Property. Reporting to the General Counsel, this role will lead Tango’s intellectual property function and manage all facets of IP through the various stages of product development.
This role will implement the company’s intellectual property strategy in the oncology space, counsel internal clients, manage patent filing and prosecution, review publications, track regulatory exclusivities for each product, perform freedom to operate analysis, handle trademark prosecution, and oversee IP litigation. Further, this role will work closely with the Business Development team to support strategic transactions.

Compensation
$198,400 — $297,600 USD
