LAYIQ - (USA) Staff, Product Manager at Walmart

Proven experience leading product strategy and managing roadmaps for complex or related products.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Expertise in data-driven decision making, including advanced analytics and experimentation to validate product assumptions.
Deep understanding of customer needs through design thinking, journey mapping, and operational data analysis.
Ability to define clear product vision, KPIs, and trade-offs aligned with business outcomes.
Familiarity with emerging technologies and their application in product innovation.
Demonstrated mentorship capabilities for developing less experienced product managers.
