Uncover the opportunity:
Use financial, customer, operational, and business insights to identify hidden barriers to growth and develop strategies to unlock incremental sales and profit.
Scale the Shrink Framework:
Lead the continued evolution of the Shrink Framework and help influence adoption of successful solutions across Total Merchandising.
Transform how we operate:
Challenge existing processes and identify new ways of working across stores, merchandising, operations, Asset Protection, Finance, and other cross functional teams.
Connect the dots:
Look beyond the immediate business to recognize patterns, anticipate emerging challenges, and identify where learnings can unlock broader opportunities across Consumables.
