Oversee due diligence and the development of financial and operational models for prospective new business opportunities.
Partner closely with the Finance organization early in the process to align business models, assumptions, and ROI expectations before opportunities advance.
Drive strategic initiatives that require collaboration across multiple lines of business to develop and execute (for example: new leasing models, credit card / financing product differentiation, and similar cross-LOB opportunities).
Ensure stakeholder alignment, structured initiative management, and cross-LOB execution coordination from concept through implementation.
Simplify processes and act as a guide/facilitator for business leaders' top strategic initiatives, tracking priorities across LOBs.
Serve as a key point of contact for LOB leadership and Finance on new business strategy and execution matters.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Finance and the LOBs; represent the team's work and recommendations to executive audiences.
