We are currently looking for high performer to join us! The Area Manager will be a key player in strategies and execution leading to the development of our market in Cincinnati, OH area.
- 📍This role is on-site, in Evandale (zip code 45241), opening in Spring of 2027
- 👉🏻Training in Phoenix, December 2026
- 🚨 Expect extensive travel (Tampa FL January 2027, and other markets before opening of Cincinnati market)
Area Managers are responsible for the growth of the market, helping employees develop their skills, and carrying out the Vision and Mission while keeping in line with our core values. (Direct oversight and guidance to 30-60 field employees to include: branch manager, sales & service technicians, maintenance technicians, door installers and warehouse employees.)
