Senior Sales Operations Manager, EMEA

About the Role: As EMEA Sales Operations Lead, you'll build and scale the operational engine powering our regional Sales organization. Reporting to the Global Head of Revenue Operations, you’ll partner closely with EMEA Sales leadership to drive strategic planning, operational excellence, and data-driven decision making across the EMEA revenue funnel — while coordinating with the global Revenue Operations team to ensure alignment on systems, processes, and reporting standards.

You will own core Sales Ops initiatives for the region including territory planning, forecasting support, pipeline management,and process optimization. This role requires a strategic operator who can balance close partnership with EMEA leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.

This is a hybrid role based in our Paris office.
