Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA Hospice is hiring a compassionate and dedicated per-diem Nurse Practitioner, (NP) to join our team. This office services our hospice clients throughout
Bucks County, Montgomery County, and Northeast Philadelphia.
Prior home care, hospice, or palliative care experience strongly preferred, but not required. As a hospice nurse NP, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides palliative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.
