LAYIQ - Physical Therapist at BAYADA Home Health Care

Current
New Jersey Physical Therapist (PT) license.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Minimum of one year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist.
Home health or senior living experience preferred, but not required.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and schedule.
Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to facilities throughout
Burlington and Camden Counties.

. You'll have the opportunity to focus on one client at a time while working alongside facility staff and BAYADA's interdisciplinary clinical team.
You'll use your clinical expertise to help clients maintain their mobility, safety, and independence while providing care in a setting where you can build meaningful relationships with the clients and communities you serve.
Additional Information: Base Pay, depending upon qualifications, status, and subject to negotiation:
$63.00 - $73.00 per point
