LAYIQ - Senior Staff Inbound Product Manager at ServiceNow

To succeed in this role, you have: 10+ years of experience in product management with substantial time on AI products/generative AI tooling layers at a top-tier AI company; you’ve personally written detailed specs and pushed back on engineering architecture and demonstrated success bringing AI-powered products to market, including experience building AI tools for internal or external consumption.
Experience with generative AI and agentic technologies (LLMs, AI agents, agent orchestration, MCP) with hands-on product ownership of LLM-based systems and real-world failure modes.
Proven ability to collaborate across diverse, cross-functional teams.
Execution excellence: A track record of delivering high-quality, scalable features at speed while maintaining a laser focus on outcomes that matter.
Customer obsession: Deep empathy for users and the ability to translate complex needs into elegant, customer-centric solutions.
Data-driven mindset: Expertise in leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to validate hypotheses, guide strategy, and measure success.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $190,900 - $334,100
, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
