This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
As a Senior Program Manager in Data Center CSP Program Management, you will lead end-to-end execution of AMD's Cloud Service Provider (CSP) data center GPU programs — from contract and site kickoff through build, deployment, go-live, and sustaining operations. This role owns the operational discipline behind a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of CSP and Managed Data Center engagements spanning site readiness and energization, rack build and validation, customer handover, fleet health, and capacity pipeline planning.
Partnering across Engineering, Business Development, Product Management, Supply Chain, OEM/ODM partners, and CSP customers, you will plan requirements, drive schedules, manage risk, and deliver the governance, reporting, and executive visibility that keep large-scale GPU deployments on track.
You are a proven program leader who thrives in a highly matrixed, “responsibility without line authority” environment. You are equally comfortable presenting status, risk, and recommendations to senior executives and AMD customers as you are working with technical detail with engineering, data center operations, and supply chain teams. You bring exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ruthless prioritization, and a no- excuses ownership mindset.
You are highly organized, able to juggle multiple concurrent workstreams across many customers and sites to tight deadlines, and you instinctively replace manual, ad-hoc tracking with standardized data models, dashboards, and repeatable governance.
