Position Responsibilities: Lead the strategic planning, prioritization, and execution of the Company's long-term capital investment strategies that support enterprise growth objectives through partnerships and alignment with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Technology, and Real Estate teams. Provide executive oversight for all phases of project delivery, including site selection support, due diligence, feasibility analysis, budgeting, design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
Develop and maintain governance processes, project controls, and performance metrics to ensure consistent execution across all capital projects. Direct internal project management teams and external consultants, contractors, architects, engineers, and construction management firms. Establish and maintain corporate standards related to project management, construction quality, design, sustainability, safety, and cost management.
