Overview
You love helping people with their HVAC systems, but you’re ready to get out of the field and start coaching others.
How would you like to be our HVAC Manager?
You’ll work directly with field technicians to manage day-to-day operations. Our Greenville location is new and growing. We need someone to lead our HVAC department to make sure things are organized and efficient, and that every technician is getting what they need to do the best work possible!
You’ll work with Dispatch to oversee the schedule board and capacity. You’re organized and great at managing resources. In this case, HVAC technicians and installers are the resource! You’ll make sure we’re able to stay on top of demand so we can continue to support our customers when they need us most.
You’ll prepare tech meetings. We have weekly meetings to make sure everyone is in the loop about new information, and this includes technical training. You will prepare and run the weekly meetings for HVAC Service Technicians and Installers.
You’ll have one-on-one meetings with field technicians and send out daily game plans to the team. When communication is clear, everything runs a lot better. You’ll make sure everyone gets the information they need!
Turning Talent into Performance
You’ll get the opportunity to make a HUGE difference! You’ll learn the individual talents of our HVAC technicians, and you get to be an integral part of coaching them so they can go from good techs to GREAT techs. And they’ll have YOU to thank!
Morris-Jenkins has won Top Workplace USA awards year after year!
