Under the general direction and supervision of the Unified Communication Manager, the Unified Comm Engineer II has responsibility for the planning, design, support, installation and maintenance of the corporate Email, Messaging, Collaboration, and Email Security applications and associated hardware and software. Responsible for DAG operations, especially in regard to Database activation and failover. Uses PowerShell skills to effectively and proficiently troubleshoot and supports all UC platforms.
Responsible for tracking, reporting and identifying mail flow issues in a timely fashion.
