Responsible for the management of the physical inventory program including inventory-related processes, documentation, and training. Drives operational excellence and count accuracy with third-party inventory service providers.
Responsible for the management of the physical inventory program including inventory-related processes, documentation, and training. Drives operational excellence and count accuracy with third-party inventory service providers.
Job Responsibility
- Develop the strategic physical inventory vision including processes, field and vendor communication, training, execution, and performance measurement; identify and advocate projects that deliver return on investment, reduce financial and operational risk, and improve departmental capabilities. (45%)
- Provide leadership over current physical inventory processes and procedures to identify opportunities related to vendor performance, regional or district trends, and communication effectiveness; present and gain alignment on changes with partners such as Store Operations, Internal Audit, and vendors. (30%)
