Supports the Store Team Leader by maintaining store standards, assisting customers, and performing operational tasks such as cashiering, stocking, and cleaning, while also acting in a leadership role during the absence of the Store Team Leader or Assistant Team Leader.
The Lead Team Member supports the Store Team Leader in maintaining a clean, well-organized store and promoting a customer-focused store culture through exceptional store standards. This role assists customers, operates a cash register, stocks and recovers merchandise, cleans the store, and performs other duties as assigned by the Store Team Leader to maximize store profitability and customer satisfaction while protecting company assets.
Lead Team Members perform the duties of a Team Member while also acting in a leadership role during the absence of the Store Team Leader or Assistant Team Leader.
