Oversees administrative operations for the private fleet, including planning, tracking, and reporting dedicated inbound and outbound loads. They collaborate with the on-site fleet team to ensure timely store deliveries, efficient tractor use, reverse logistics pickups, and compliance with driver safety and legal standards.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the private fleet administrative functions. Responsibility includes planning, tracking, tracing, and reporting on inbound and outbound dedicated loads. Works with the private fleet on-site team to ensure on time store deliveries, tractor utilization, inbound reverse logistics on time pick up, and driver safety and legal compliance operations.
Job Responsibility
Planning and Reporting (80%)
- Plans and assigns outbound, vendor backhaul, and OVD loads.
- Plans and assigns rolltainer sweeps and dunnage consolidations.
- Reporting Function:
o Report on time load pick up o Report on time store delivery o Report BOL pick up o Report on tractor utilization o Report on vendor backhaul pickup and delivery
