Drives employee development by facilitating training programs and coaching operational leaders to ensure success. Partners with distribution center operations and Learning & Development teams to build skills, foster leadership, and promote a culture of safety and excellence.
The Learning Operations Manager influences with a focus on safety, leadership, excellence, self-motivation, problem-solving and teamwork. This role will enable employees to develop the knowledge, skill, behaviors and experience they need to achieve their goals and progress their career. Partner with DC operations and our Learning & Development team to deliver results. This role will be responsible for facilitating training programs while coaching and holding your operational-leader partners accountable for their success.
