Manages all employees and oversees store processes. This role is responsible for creating a customer-focused store culture through superior store standards and team engagement.

The Store Team Leader is responsible for the management of all employees in the effective planning and implementation of all store processes, including ordering, receiving, stocking, creative merchandising, presentation, selling, staffing and fostering an exceptional customer experience. This role creates a customer-focused store culture through superior store standards and team engagement.

Job Responsibility

Customer Experience:

• Provides customer service to exceed the customer’s expectations by modeling and coaching the team on how to balance tasks with customer service to create and support a customer-focused culture.
• Evaluates and incorporates customer feedback into employee training and coaching to ensure the store meets ongoing customer expectations.
• Possesses product knowledge and use of selling techniques to enhance the customer experience and support employee development.
