BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced
Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Senior Living team. This position provides occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric clients in senior living communities throughout
Somerset, Middlesex, Monmouth, and Union Counties, NJ.
As a BAYADA Occupational Therapist, you'll work as part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team dedicated to helping clients maximize their independence, safety, and quality of life while remaining in the place they call home.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide outpatient therapy services within senior living communities and group home settings serving adults with intellectual disabilities.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions that promote functional independence and improve quality of life.
