Physical Therapist- Full Time at BAYADA Home Health Care | LAYIQ

Qualifications for a BAYADA Physical Therapist:

A current Physical Therapist - PT license in Hawaii
Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred

Type: Full-Time
Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation with assignment: $70-$80 per point
