Registered Nurse Case Manager Designee (Mon-Fri, Day Shift) RN at BAYADA Home Health Care | LAYIQ

Required: New Jersey Registered Nurse License in Good Standing
2 years of homecare experience.
Experience caring for infants, pediatrics, and adult clients in the home setting.
Strong understanding of Medicaid regulations and home care documentation requirements.
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred: Experience with pediatric complex care.
Experience managing patients with tracheostomies and mechanical ventilators in the home care setting.
Prior experience reviewing clinical documentation and coordinating physician orders.
Previous leadership, case management, or clinical coordination experience.
