, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and attracting the skilled professionals who build our projects and drive our success.
This is more than a recruiting role. You’ll work directly with Business Unit leaders and Hiring Managers to understand construction workforce needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and find the talent needed to support Caddell’s growing project portfolio. You’ll also represent Caddell at college career fairs and recruiting events, helping us attract the next generation of construction professionals.

Education / Experience -
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Construction Management, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, construction recruiting, field recruiting, campus recruiting, or a related recruiting function.
Experience recruiting construction or field positions is strongly preferred.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology; Greenhouse experience is a plus.
Construction industry experience is a strong plus.

Understanding of construction roles, project environments, and the talent needed to successfully staff construction operations. Ability to learn and understand the responsibilities and qualifications associated with a variety of field positions.
Relationship Builder
Ability to establish and maintain meaningful relationships with candidates, Hiring Managers, Business Unit leaders, employees, and internal partners.
Engaging Communicator
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with construction professionals, students, candidates, and business leaders. Comfortable presenting to individuals and groups and representing Caddell in a professional setting.
Candidate-Focused
Passionate about creating a thoughtful, responsive, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
Organized & Adaptable
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines, recruiting events, interviews, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative
Ability to work effectively with Hiring Managers, Business Unit leaders, HR, Marketing, and other stakeholders to align recruiting efforts with construction workforce needs.
Results-Oriented
Driven to build strong talent pipelines and deliver high-quality candidates who contribute to Caddell’s collective success.
Compensation
$69,875 – $93,200 annually
