Required Qualifications
Current
Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Minimum
2 years of recent field experience in a Medicare-Certified Home Health Agency
Home Health and
OASIS experience required
Strong knowledge of case management and Medicare home health regulations
Previous clinical leadership, supervisory, or oversight experience
Experience with quality assurance and regulatory compliance
Excellent clinical assessment, organizational, and critical thinking skills
Strong communication, leadership, and computer proficiency
Ability to prioritize, work independently, and lead with confidence
