What You Will Be Doing
- Mintel Consulting helps clients navigate complex business challenges by combining strategy, creativity, and leading-edge consumer research, data, and analytics. We are looking for an experienced leader to join our Consultancy team as Director, Global Services, Consultancy.
- In this role, you will be responsible for leading our Global Services team, managing a team of Consulting Managers and Senior Consultants while ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality consulting engagements. You will play a key role in developing talent, optimizing team performance, overseeing resource management, and contributing to the ongoing evolution of Mintel's consulting capabilities.
This is a highly visible leadership position, reporting to the SVP Global Operations, Consulting, and offers the opportunity to influence both the direction of the team and the future growth of Mintel's consulting business globally.
