About the Role
The Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for the administration of Ocean Casino Resort’s discipline policies and procedures.
Position Responsibilities
Develops and administers progressive discipline policy and procedures.
Reviews disciplinary actions.
Advises and counsels managers and supervisors regarding job performance and behavioral issues concerning their team members. Recommends appropriate courses of action.
Works with managers and supervisors assisting in documenting performance and/or disciplinary issues.
