Join the Worldwide Grocery Store Inventory Management Team in reshaping the future of grocery shopping for our customers. The North America Inventory Management organization is seeking an Instock Manager to join the Shrink & Quality team. This role will support shrink reduction and inventory health across the grocery network, with a particular focus on Sub Same Day and Grocery Fulfillment Center (FC) operations.
The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with Inventory Management, Category, Operations, Finance, Business Intelligence and Tech teams to identify shrink drivers, translate data into actionable insights, and drive actions that improve inventory health and reduce waste.
