LAYIQ - R&D Product/Process Scientist II at Clorox

Years and Type of Experience: 2+ years as a product or process developer in consumer product goods companies or applicable field
Experience developing products or processes from early-stage concept through technical validation, scale-up, or commercialization
Skills and Abilities
Ability to work independently and implement projects in a timely manner
Ability to work through ambiguity and develop structured learning plans for undefined technical challenges
Strong experimental design, data analysis, and technical problem-solving skills
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to work in a collaborative team environment, both internal and external to Clorox
Ability to co-develop with external suppliers and partners
Education Level/Degree: Bachelors or Masters in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or time in applicable role(s) after college
Workplace type: Hybrid: This position will be located in our Pleasanton, CA office, and the individual will be expected to be in the office 3 days a week.
