Tactical
Monitor and respond to high-priority production issues — including NPI delays, lookahead issues, DPML concerns, and output risks — taking swift corrective action and escalating to management with the appropriate urgency to ensure timely resolution.
Partner daily with cross-functional teams — including Product Operations, CAPA, and Fab Engineering & Support teams.— to resolve WIP flow issues, support capacity planning discussions, and align on tool PM/BM strategies.
Leverage manufacturing automation systems and digital tools to monitor WIP flow, identify line issues in real time and drive data-informed decision making to maintain shift performance and operational efficiency.
Administrative

Actively foster an inclusive, accountable team environment by identifying development opportunities, recognizing performance, and empowering personnel to grow within their roles and advance within the organization.
