Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing roles, preferably in aerospace or electric vehicle industries.
Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and process optimization techniques.
Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools for process improvement.
Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Commitment to sustainability and environmentally responsible manufacturing practices.
Above and Beyond Qualifications that will distinguish you: Master’s degree in a relevant field or advanced certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Expert).
Hands-on experience with advanced manufacturing technologies, including automation and robotics.
Expertise in sustainability practices and lifecycle analysis within manufacturing.
Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced data visualization tools.
Proven track record of implementing innovative process improvements in aerospace manufacturing.
Experience working on electric aircraft or electric vehicle production.
