The Software Engineering team embeds technical and AI capability directly into the business — going where the problems are, working alongside teams to understand their needs, and deploying solutions that make a real difference. As a Software Engineer, you will partner with business teams across BETA to understand complex operational challenges, design and build software solutions, and stay with each engagement until the solution is working and adopted.
