Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Training Delivery & Certification
Deliver installation training and certification curriculum in the field across all certification levels, using the standards, materials, and delivery model established by the Mobile Installation Partnerships Training Team.
Conduct hands-on certification assessments and skills evaluations, verifying that technicians can install to Protech quality, safety, and customer-experience standards before they are released to work independently.
