Position Summary

Blackbird Health is seeking independently licensed therapists to support our patients during the Fall and Winter. This flexible seasonal opportunity is designed to meet increased patient demand, with a focus on after-school, evening, and weekend virtual therapy availability.

As a Fall and Winter Therapist, you will provide evidence-based telehealth therapy services to children, adolescents, and young adults while working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary pediatric behavioral health team.

How You'll Make an Impact

Deliver High-Quality Therapy

Provide individual telehealth therapy sessions for youth ages 2–26.

Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each patient's unique needs.

Support Family Engagement

Partner with families and caregivers to improve understanding, treatment engagement, and long-term outcomes.

Drive Clinical Outcomes

Monitor patient progress toward established goals.

Adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate to support continued growth and success.

Collaborate Across Teams

Work closely with psychiatrists, therapists, intake providers, and administrative teams to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.

Maintain Clinical Excellence

Complete timely, accurate documentation.

Maintain high-quality clinical records and ongoing communication with patients and families.

Qualifications

• Required
• Active, unrestricted license in at least one U.S. state as one of the following: LPC
• LCSW
• LMFT
• PsyD or PhD
• LSW
• LMSW
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children and adolescents
• Reliable phone, computer, and high-speed internet connection
• Availability for a minimum of 8 hours per week during core service hours: Monday–Friday after 3:00 PM ET
• Weekends between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM ET
• Preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of telehealth or virtual care experience
