The Deputy General Counsel will handle a broad range of responsibilities relevant to our business including adviser regulatory matters, management company matters, investment transactions and structures, marketing activities, compliance oversight, and trading activities. The work encompasses transactional, contractual and litigation matters and requires solid drafting and confident negotiation skills.
