Position Summary
We are seeking an AI-native Controller to own and modernize CapNexus's accounting and financial reporting function. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who not only closes the books accurately and on time, but who instinctively reaches for AI and automation to do it faster, cleaner, and with better insight.
You will own the accounting operation end to end, build real-time reporting, evaluate and implement modern finance tooling, and partner with leadership (and our investors and lenders) to deliver reporting they can trust. You will report to the CEO and work closely with business- unit leaders.
