We’re rethinking homes for how people really live, and we’re looking for a US Operations Manager with experience in Carrier Management to join our team to help shape the future of living — one thoughtful detail at a time.
This is a high-impact role for a hands-on leader passionate about building scalable processes, driving operational excellence, and owning the end-to-end customer experience.
You will be responsible for leading a core team and managing the performance of our critical 3PL and final-mile carrier partners to ensure we meet and exceed customer expectations.
The core problems you will solve involve deep analysis of carrier data to build cost-saving models, leading strategic projects (like new carrier onboarding), and presenting high-level insights to senior leadership.
If you are a strategic, data-obsessed problem-solver who excels at managing vendor relationships and can translate complex data into actionable cost-saving initiatives, we want to hear from you.
This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of three days per week in our downtown
Winston-Salem, NC office.
