Job Summary
The Fleet & Asset Operations Manager is a key member of the Business Operations organization and is responsible for all areas of fixed asset management, including fleet, capital equipment, and facilities. The Fleet & Asset Operations Manager is the primary driver of asset performance, fleet & asset strategy and standardization across brands, improvement efforts, issue resolution, risk mitigation, safety, cost management and on-going continuous improvement.
They will support optimizing multimillion annual asset spend via data driven decision making and capital planning.
This position will translate department strategy into specific roadmaps, key performance indicators and metrics for measuring progress. Collaborates with site operational and functional leaders to develop a high-performance culture by meeting overall operational objectives and implementing standardized processes and procedures that increase gross margin and minimize cost while maximizing the value delivered to our field.
