The Role:
The Maintenance Apprentice is an essential member of the maintenance team, directly reporting to the Community Manager. This role demands a high level of professionalism, effective communication, and positive interactions with both residents and staff. A proactive approach is critical to preserving the property’s appearance and ensuring its smooth operation.
The successful candidate will be entrusted with various responsibilities, including performing minor repairs, efficiently managing time, and prioritizing tasks to maintain the property to the highest standards for the benefit of residents.
The incumbent in this role must possess high professionalism and positive engagement for our residents and the workforce.
