Job Overview
The Assistant Maintenance Manager, BLVD Haley, a luxury high-rise lease-up community in the heart of Reston, VA, supports the daily operations and leadership of the engineering and maintenance team. This role is responsible for helping ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of building systems and equipment while delivering best-in-class service to residents.
Working alongside the Maintenance Manager, the Assistant Maintenance Manager helps oversee the property’s maintenance program, coordinate repairs, and support the goal of maintaining 100% uptime in all building operations.
Deliver Class A customer service by building strong relationships with residents and going above and beyond to meet their needs.
Protect and enhance the value of the property by ensuring all building systems and facilities are well-maintained.
Assist with supervising Maintenance Technicians, including assigning work orders, scheduling apartment turnovers, and monitoring completion.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors in the Maintenance Manager’s absence.
Perform preventative maintenance on apartments, amenity spaces, and building equipment.
